If you’ve received a text message from "PRHOA" or PowerRanchHOA.com, urging you to “hold off voting” in the Power Ranch recall election, and you did not opt in or consent to receive these communications — it may be a violation of:
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
– Prohibits unsolicited mass text messages without prior express consentArizona Consumer Fraud Act (ARS § 44-1521 et seq.)
– Prohibits deceptive or unauthorized communications intended to influence behaviorPower Ranch HOA Communications Policy

These messages are being distributed under the name PRHOA / PowerRanchHOA.com, a group operated by current Board Vice President Anh Jung, who is also a subject of the current recall vote.
