Donation Terms and Conditions

By making a donation to the Save Power Ranch campaign (“Campaign”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Funds

All donations will be used exclusively to support the Save Power Ranch campaign and its related efforts to recall Board of Directors members Ken Starks, Anh Jung, and Katharine Wick This includes, but is not limited to, costs associated with:

  • Website hosting and maintenance

  • Printing and distributing flyers, signs, and mailers

  • Campaign materials and merchandise

  • Legal consultation or representation

  • Event hosting and community outreach

  • Administrative costs directly related to the campaign

No funds will be used for personal income or personal benefit of the campaign organizers.

2. Privacy of Donations

All donations will be kept private and confidential. We will not publicly disclose donor names, contribution amounts, or contact information unless required by law. Donor information will not be sold, shared, or used for any purpose unrelated to this campaign.

3. No Refunds

Donations are final and non-refundable. Because funds may be used immediately upon receipt for ongoing campaign activities, we cannot honor requests for refunds.

4. Not Tax-Deductible

Donations to Save Power Ranch are not tax-deductible. We are not a registered 501(c)(3) or other tax-exempt organization.

5. Voluntary Contributions

Donations are made voluntarily, without any expectation of goods, services, or favors in return. Contributions do not entitle any donor to preferential treatment, influence, or decision-making authority within the campaign.

6. Transparency

The campaign is committed to transparency. A general summary of total funds received and expenditures may be shared with the community to promote accountability—without disclosing individual donor information.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to make or support donations, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
